Reservations

UPDATE: We have temporarily suspended online bookings as we review PHASE 2 guidelines and how we can best serve our customers. Please call the center to schedule a visit or pay for a reservation.

We know that many bowlers are excited to be able to get back on the lanes. In order to service our customers and follow the guidelines set forth by the Arkansas Department of Health, we will be limiting lane availability and defaulting to hourly bowling rates during this phase. Please CALL AHEAD to ensure lane availability for your visit.

We will encourage reservations during this time to better ensure that we are able to follow the guidelines and meet customer demand. To schedule your visit, please call the center at (501) 941-3225 or book online (at least 24 hours in advance) using the following link.

We will be limited to a maximum of 100 bowlers at one time in PHASE 2. Since we will be booking reservations, bowlers may be asked to surrender the lane for the next reservation when their time is up. Please plan accordingly. The average bowler can bowl a game in ten minutes; more time may be needed for younger bowlers or those who bowl at a more relaxed pace. We are NOW hosting Tuesday Bowling Blitz. Woohoo. Call to pay for your spot.

Reservations may also be made by phone. If the online booking site indicates that no more spots are available, do please call as more slots may be available than is indicated online.

Additionally, we do ask that you prepay for the lanes since we will be holding that spot. Single lanes will be limited to 6 bowlers; however, up to ten bowlers may bowl on a pair of lanes. We will have a 30 minute buffer between reservations to ensure that we are able to sanitize the area.

The Kingpin Sports Grill will also resume dine-in service May 18, 2020. We also recommend calling ahead and making reservations to dine in. The Winner’s Alley Arcade has OPENED.

Again, these plans may need to change as we adapt to guidelines and directives; thank you for your patience with our staff as we navigate these new directions.

Senior Only Bowling

Monday morning, we will reopen to Seniors ONLY at 10 AM. Those bowlers 55 years of age and older can come in and enjoy the Monday Senior Special 10 AM - Noon. Please call to reserve your lane.

No bowlers under age 55 will be permitted to bowl during this time.

Health & Safety

Some notes on what we are doing to keep our patrons safe and to ensure that we follow the guidelines set by the Arkansas Department of Health:

• Mondays will still be Senior Day! We will have Senior Citizen ONLY bowling from 10 AM to Noon.
• Staff will wear position-appropriate personal protective equipment, such as masks, gloves, etc.
• Guests over 10 years of age will be expected to wear face masks when not bowling.
• Bowlers will be spaced at least 12 feet from non-bowlers.
• We will be limited to 100 or fewer bowlers at a time.
• Lines/seating will be marked and/or monitored to maintain appropriate distances.
• Family groups may sit together, but we will need to maintain six feet between groups.
• We increased our sanitizing practices before closing in March and continued to clean and sanitize while closed.
• W‚Äče will continue to practice the recommended sanitizing measures to ensure customer and staff health and safety.

Hey Allfam Bowling Family and Friends!

As many of you know, the Phase 1 reopening directives permit venues such as ours to reopen May 18. We are super excited and know that many of you are as well. Bowling is back!

We will, however, be subject to restrictions during this phase. As such, much of our regular operations and programming will be adjusted/paused to account for these measures and be able to accommodate guests in a proper manner. Additionally, these plans may need to change as we adapt to guidelines and directives; please, be patient with our staff as we navigate these new directions.

Many of these adjustments are still being finalized, but we will let you know more details as we get closer to reopening.

Our current plans include:

  • We will reopen May 18, 2020 (hours subject to change).

  • The Kingpin Sports Grill will also resume dine-in service May 18, 2020.

  • We will be keeping the Winner’s Alley Arcade closed at this time.

  • Lane availability will be limited to ensure proper social distancing as directed by the Arkansas Department of Health.

  • We will be defaulting to hourly bowling rates during this phase to ensure we are able to follow the directives put forth by the ADH. More details to come.

  • We will encourage reservations during this time to better ensure that we are able to follow the guidelines and meet customer demand. More details to come.

  • Kids Bowl Free registration remains open, however, the program start date has been moved back to June 1, 2020. Times for redemption of coupons may change between now and then. Additionally, be prepared to reserve/call ahead for lanes as space will be limited.

  • We will not be offering our regular All-You-Can-Bowl Summer Pass until standard business operations resume.

  • We are still reviewing how we can move forward with Summer Leagues; however, we will not be able to start those at the previously planned dates.

  • Our normal birthday party packages will not be available for booking at this time. Other options are being explored.

  • Mondays will still be Senior Day! We will have Senior Citizen ONLY bowling from 10 AM to Noon. The Senior Special rates will apply during this time: $1.49 per game for those bowlers age 55 and up.

Additionally, as covered by the directive from the Arkansas Department of Health:

  • Staff will wear position-appropriate personal protective equipment, such as masks, gloves, etc.

  • Bowlers will be spaced at least 12 feet from non-bowlers

  • We will be limited to 50 or fewer bowlers at a time

  • Lines/seating will be marked and/or monitored to maintain appropriate distances

  • Family groups may sit together, but we will need to maintain six feet between groups

  • Guests over 10 years of age will be expected to wear face masks when not bowling

Additionally, just as we increased our sanitizing practices before closing in March, we will continue to practice the recommended sanitizing measures to ensure customer and staff health and safety.

We are so grateful for our wonderful community. So many have checked in on us and voiced your support through prayers, continued patronage, and more. We appreciate each and every one of you, and we thank you for your patience and understanding during this process.

WE CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOU!
